We have developed the following Privacy Policy ("the Policy") to protect our customers and inform everyone how personal information is collected, used, disclosed and protected with respect to your use of 55Photos.com ("the Site" or "55Photos") and services ("the Services") available on the Site. We at ALVB Consulting Ltd. ("ALVB") strongly respect the right to privacy of our users.
Personal Information Collection
When you use the Site and the Services, ALVB requires you to provide certain personal information, i.e. information that will identify you, such as your email address, or any other information relating to you that you may choose to provide us with ("the Personal Information").
Links to Other Websites
When you choose to link to your 55Photos account third party websites or services you want to access from the Site (including but not limited to, photo hosting websites, social networks, blogging services) any personal information you provide to setup a link is provided directly to that third party website or service and is subject to that third party's privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of websites or services to which your 55Photos account may be linked. 55Photos uses industry standard OAuth password-less authentication and authorization and therefore has NO access to your passwords for third party websites and services.
Sharing of Personal Information
We will not share the Personal Information we collect from you through this Site with third parties except as described in this Policy, as it may be revised from time to time. We may share personal information with vendors, consultants and other service providers who are engaged by or working with us in connection with the operation of the Site or the Services and who need access to such information to carry out their work for us. We may disclose personal information in the good faith belief that we are lawfully authorized or required to do so, or that doing so is reasonably necessary or appropriate to comply with the law or with legal process or authorities, respond to any claims, or to protect the rights, property or safety of ALVB, our users, our employees or the public, including without limitation to protect ALVB or our users from fraudulent, abusive, inappropriate or unlawful use of our Site. Information about our users, including the Personal Information, may also be disclosed or transferred as part of, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition or in any other situation where personal information may be transferred as one of the business assets of ALVB.
Keeping Personal Information Secure
Your Personal Information is protected by a password for your privacy and security. Protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer by logging off once you have finished using a shared computer. We make our best efforts and take all appropriate measures to ensure the safety of your Personal Information and especially prevent their being deformed, damaged, or accessed by unauthorized third parties.
E-mail Communications
ALVB is very concerned about your privacy and we will never provide your email address to a third party without your explicit permission. ALVB may send out e-mails with 55Photos-related news, products, offers, surveys or promotions. If you do not want to receive e-mail from us, please visit the Settings section and follow instructions on how to turn off e-mail notifications. However, please note that in all cases you will continue to receive all system e-mails (e.g. those regarding forgotten user passwords).
Cookies
Cookies are small, often encrypted text files, located in Web browser folders on your computer's hard drive. They are created when a Web browser loads a particular website. The website sends information to the Web browser which then creates a text file. Every time a user goes back to the same website, the Web browser retrieves and sends this file back to the website. 55Photos uses cookies to help you navigate the Site efficiently and perform certain functions (e.g. remember me function). ALVB may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time, at its sole discretion. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used. If we make changes to the Privacy Policy, we will notify you by posting an announcement on the 55Photos website so you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances if any, it is disclosed.
