For example, this Flickr photo has many details but only "Title", "Description" and "Tags" can be amended.
To begin editing details click "Edit Details".
Once you switch to the edit mode, you can edit text fields. You cannot edit tags but you can remove tags and add new ones.
To finish your edit session click "Cancel Editing" or "Submit".
Most of photo services allow you to edit album details however not all details can be edited. For example, you can edit "Name" and "Description" of a Flickr album but you cannot change "Created" date.
Most photo services allow you to grant access permission at the album level only. However Flickr allows you to grant various permissions and set license for each photo individually.
